Jody is a Certified Massage Therapist through the California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC #57094), is a Level III Reiki Master Practitioner, is a Certified Member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP #1073567) and earned a Masters of Business Administration from Virginia Tech University. 

 

Jody began practicing bodywork in early 2014 and has been studying energy healing since 2007.  Her training from the Massage Therapy Institute in Davis, CA includes a blend of Western and Eastern modalities and she practices an integrated blend of Swedish and Theraputic Deep Tissue Massage, Reiki and Acupressure. 

 

After receiving her Certified Massage Therapist certification from the California Massage Therapy Council in June of 2014, Jody opened Joann Wetherill Bodywork located within the Baratta Holistic Center in Carmichael, CA. She is grateful to be the owner and operator of her own practice.

 

Jody lives in the Arden neighborhood of Sacramento, CA with her husband Brett and relaxes through reading, meditation, cooking, Sci-Fi movies, hiking, Blues music and enjoys savoring and sharing food & wine pairings.
