Cancellation Policy

  • Please provide at least 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • If you find yourself in need to cancel with less than 24-hours notice, or same day, please text or call me at (916) 287-8936.

  • I understand that unexpected events happen in life and I'll work with you when possible but not being able to fill a previously booked appointment time directly impacts my livelihood. I appreciate your understanding. 

Illness

  • Please reschedule your appointment if you're running a fever or any risk of a contagious disease, including any cold or flu symptoms, no matter how mild it may seem.
