Gratuity/Tips
No extra gratuity is expected.
I operate as a Sole Proprietor and receive 100% of the fee collected. My wage and my cost of doing business are built into my fees. Thus, no extra gratuity is expected. I do have clients wanting to provide extra gratuity from time to time and that is always appreciated but not expected.
